About Asia Rainey-Ani

Asia Rainey-Ani is a multi-hyphenate artist, spiritualist, wife and mother, and passionate entrepreneur. As CEO of Nine Pages Media, she has published 18 books and counting, including poetry, spiritual publications, children's books, learning manuals, fiction, and more. She is proud of her roots in the rich New Orleans arts and spoken word community: this living classroom of inspiration, offering development of her crafts alongside some of the most talented minds in the country, helped to foster her work in arts integration education, several series of visual art work, theater, television, film, music, audiobook narration, and in various genres of writing. Her recent children's book for Chin Music Press, Oshun's Book of Mirrors, is the first in a series based on the traditions of Orisa, stemming from her path and experiences as a priest in the West African spiritual tradition of Ifa. She is also the author of the Book of Mirrors, a journal workbook for everyone. Her highest reward has always been the joy of working with young minds and in nurturing communities.
