SISTAHS MAKING A CHANGE is a fun offering of dance and wellness topics on a weekly basis. For the past 20 years, Sistahs have wiggled their way to wellness and danced to their hearts content.

Sistahs Making a Change is a vibrant and empowering program that aims to promote health and wellness. Offering a variety of free wellness workshops and dance classes on a weekly basis, this is your chance to embrace a healthier lifestyle while having a good time!

On Tuesdays, our knowledgeable and passionate instructors will lead you through engaging workshops that cover a wide range of health topics, from nutrition and fitness to stress management and self-care.

On Thursday, unleash your inner dancer in our fun-filled dance classes. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, our expert instructors will guide you through energetic routines that will get your heart pumping and your spirits soaring. It's the perfect way to stay active!

And the best part? Sistahs Making a Change is completely free! We believe that everyone deserves access to quality health and wellness programs, regardless of their financial situation. So pull up on us at Ashé Cultural Arts Center (1712 Oretha Castle Haley Blvd.) every Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm-8pm!
