Classes are held in-person and virtually, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. - 8 p.m. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we ask that all participants 12 years of age and older must provide proof of at least one dose of an approved COVID vaccine or negative PCR test within 72 hours.
