Join Simone on Thursdays for Fierce Fit!
Fierce Fit is a modern day twist on workouts. While attending college at Ball state University Simone Immanuel created this unique dance workout. Though Immanuel was certified as a Zumba instructor, they chose to leave that style of dance fitness because of a bigger vision. Fierce Fit is a mixture of African, ballet, tap, jazz, and hip hop dance styles. When walking away from a Fierce Fit dance class you will feel exhilarated. The class is a diversion which allows you to be liberated with your mind and body. A safe place for beginners and those that are experienced with dance exercise!
